Urban Tiger Radio will (Space in the Schedule Permitting) happily include contributions from listeners in our regular Podcasts providing the following conditions are met;
The submission does not breach Copyright Rules in any way, and the owner of the submission indemnifies Urban Tiger Radio and Cybermouse Multimedia Ltd. against all outcomes, Financial, Legal, or otherwise, from any unintended breach of the Rules by the very act of submitting their contribution
The submission, if chosen, must remain Royalty Free and no charge shall be made against Urban Tiger Radio or Cybermouse Multimedia Ltd. for the production and transmission of the submitted work and no fees will be paid for the use of the submission.
The Rights to the transmitted works shall always remain with the rightful author of that work and shall not pass to Urban Tiger Radio except the implicit permission to transmit such work freely as part of a podcast
The submission is of a reasonable audio quality and suitable for transmission with no more than minor 'tweaks' required (Advice on this will follow)
The submission is not Racist, Sexist, Feminist or any othe 'ist' that fails to meet with generally accepted public approval
Strong language is acceptable providing it is contextual and relevant and is not intended just to shock (but bear in mind that these podcasts are for General Public release and are therefore not age restricted, although an 'E' certicate for 'Explicit' is displayed alongside each episode.
The submission does not contain gratuitous or explicit sex as the main point of the story. (Sexual events and references within the context of a story may be acceptable)
The submission is not politically or religiously motivated, nor carries an intent to promote any ideology whatsoever.
IN ALL EVENTS: URBAN TIGER RADIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE INCLUSION OF ANY SUBMISSION AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT FURTHER DISCLOSURE
